Mission Statement

Madison  has  been  with  the  company  for  over  9   years  starting  with  Villa  La  Paws  before  the  acquisition.    She  has  managed  west  side  operations  and  now  leads  our  Accounting  and  M&A  activities  in  the  company.

Joe  started with the company 11 years ago as a night guy in charge of dog boarding.  He is one of the preeminent dog daycare behaviorist in the country with extensive experience and research in the field of dog behavior.

Savanna got her start in Operations as she was completing her bachelors degree at Arizona State University in Psychology.  She worked her way up to her current position in Human Resources where she oversees recruiting, benefits and employee relations, and managing our Sales Department.

Katelyn  got  her  start  with  the  first  acquisition,  Villa  La  Paws.    She  has  worked  her  way  in  Operations  and  Customer  Care  in  various  positions  of  leadership  until  her  current  position  overseeing  Phoenix  Dogs,  Learning  Paws, Glendale Dogs, and  Lazy  Dog  Crazy  Dog.

Hannah has  been with the company since 2018 working at multi-locations on  the  west  and  eastside  of  town  in both operations and customer care.

Carlos has vast experience with Dogs 24/7 originally joining the company back in 2011.  He held various leadership roles at multiple locations through the years.    He’s  a  dog  trainer  and  customer  service  expert.

Parker joined the company during the Lazy Dog Crazy Dog Ballard acquisition in 2022 as Manager of Customer Relations.  In 2023, she transferred to the Enterprise Sales department where she still works today.  In 2024, she was made General Manager of Marketing.

Davin  joined  the  company  with  the  2022  acquisition  of  Learning  Paws.    Over  the  last  three  years,  he  has  advanced  with  progressive  responsibilities  in  the  Operations  Department  at  Learning  Paws,  Glendale  and  Zoomies.
