Mission Statement

Joe  started with the company 11 years ago as a night guy in charge of dog boarding.  He is one of the preeminent dog daycare behaviorist in the country with extensive experience and research in the field of dog behavior.

Madison  has  been  with  the  company  for  over  9   years  starting  with  Villa  La  Paws  before  the  acquisition.    She  has  managed  west  side  operations  and  now  leads  our  Accounting  and  M&A  activities  in  the  company.

Hannah has  been with the company since 2018 working at multi-locations on  the  west  and  eastside  of  town  in both operations and customer care.

Katelyn  got  her  start  with  the  first  acquisition,  Villa  La  Paws.    She  has  worked  her  way  in  Operations  and  Customer  Care  in  various  positions  of  leadership  until  her  current  position  overseeing  Phoenix  Dogs,  Learning  Paws  and  Lazy  Dog  Crazy  Dog.

Savanna got her start in Operations as she was completing her bachelors degree at Arizona State University in Psychology.  She worked her way up to Customer Care Manager and later to her current position in Human Resources where she oversees recruiting, benefits and employee relations.

Carlos has vast experience with Dogs 24/7 originally joining the company back in 2011.  He held various leadership roles at multiple locations through the years.    He’s  a  dog  trainer  and  customer  service  expert.

Erica has been with the company for over 11 years.  She started out in dog daycare and dog boarding Operations, but quickly found her niche in client relations. She is now our Marketing guru!
