Doug started the company with his cousin Stephen in 2009. He served as the first night caretaker, the first client relations manager, and the company’s first accountant. Doug was also the best salesperson the company ever had, driven by his genuine passion for the service we provide.
Shirley Biles
Shirley helped start the company in 2009 alongside her son Stephen and her nephew Doug. She lovingly cared for puppies and senior dogs from her home through “Grandma Shirley’s Bed & Breakfast.” Her compassion and dedication played an instrumental role in the foundation of Dogs 24/7.
